As a veteran and a mom, helping fellow M.O.M.S. is a must! One percent (or less) of our population serves in the military. Many people do not fully understand the sacrifices that this one percent makes so that the rest of us can enjoy our freedoms, our everyday lives; our shopping; movie going; cup of coffee/latte with friends; dining out; all of those everyday activities that we simply expect. However, far too many M.O.M.S. are acutely aware of the cost. They have to frequently relocate their daughters, sons, and spouses or leave them behind to serve our country. When M.O.M.S. deploy, their families do too!

I wish I could say that their service was uneventful but unfortunately, they experience loss; loss of family time is a given (due to training, deployments etc.); they miss birthdays, graduations, and other special events. They may experience loss; loss of limbs and unfortunately some pay the ultimate sacrifice—their lives. M.O.M.S may return home with physical disabilities, mental health issues, or PTSD. Sadly, we have M.O.M.S who suffer homelessness, isolation and more. Their expense is great! And, for all that they do, have done, and give for us, they deserve our gratitude and HELP! Without M.O.M.S. we would have no military forces.

Our M.O.M.S. initiative celebrate and honor these strong women, our military mothers, who share selflessly give of themselves. We seek to connect them with resources, provide food and clothing, assist with utilities, and offer financial assistance when possible. We want them to know they are appreciated and not forgotten.

We can't do it without you.
